Get extraction statistics

https://api.sensible.so/v0/extractions/statistics

Returns daily extraction coverage statistics as a coverage_histogram per config. Sensible returns coverage for each config that was used for at least one extraction performed in the specified environments in the specified time period. For more information about coverage, see Monitoring extractions. For more information about the returned coverage_histogram, see the response model.
